I bought a Ford Kuga a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with my purchase. Joe was a friendly and helpful salesman. An efficient service with no fuss or hassle. I travelled from Kent, traded my car in an drove away with my new vehicle within a couple of hours. With a couple of previous phone calls the Kuga was mot'd, serviced a small water leak fixed and ready to drive away. On the day of purchase I noticed the parcel shelf missing, Joe ordered this whilst we were doing paperwork and it arrived at my home a couple of days later.
